Arun has over 36 years of Planning & Design experience both here in Los Angeles and Delhi, India. He has been involved in a diverse and wide range of projects, which includes single family residences, multi-family housing complexes, high-rise commercial and office buildings, mixed use with commercial, retail, and office complexes, exhibition pavilions, medical institutions, and public buildings.

Arun completed his Master’s Degree from UCLA in 1987 with a major focus in Physical Planning and Urban Design. Upon completing his Master’s program in 1987, Arun went to work for a Design, Build, & Construction organization. As a member of the lead team, he designed more than 30 multi-family and residential projects.

Since 1991, Arun has additionally provided construction management and consulting services on a variety of projects and building types. In 2001, Arun joined The city of La Canada as a citizen volunteer, where the team was charged to come up with design guidelines for residential buildings.  In 2010, he was appointed as a Planning Commissioner by the city council of La Canada Flintridge. Since then, he has continuously contributed to solving community and residents needs in town, contributing to his goal of improve quality of life, and enhance citizen awareness to build environment.

The main driving force, which is the hallmark of Arun’s life and work, is to design and build enjoyable communities, and advocate ideas and policies that everyone can cherish and enjoy.
